Just had my hair done for the first time here and was absolutely delighted with the service. The staff were friendly and professional, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, they literally couldn’t do enough for me. Love my colour and cut, really impressed. Will definitely be returning!

Such a great bunch. The atmosphere is wonderful and there's always lots of laughter. Maria gives expert advise and is always training her staff on the job. I told her lm sure l could become a hairdresser if l hung around her. Keep up the great work.

Cassie did a fantastic job on my hair. Not only did she do professional looking foils, she also corrected work poorly done by previous hairdressers. The Bay is lucky to have such professionals.

worst hair cut ive had. i wanted my hair cut up to my shoulders and my fringe trimmed below my eyebrows, but it was really obviously uneven but it was not acknowledged, but my friends and family noticed right away. and my fringe was cut above my eyebrows and is also un even. all that for $40... no way im EVER going back. :(
