How is anyone that works later than 5pm supposed to be able to pick up a package when they are closed on weekends.
At least have the correct opening hours on your missed delivery cards so you aren’t wasting more of people’s time. 🤬
Not good enough!
Great to see a new staff member at this office who is willing to help with a smile and knows what customer service is all about! My parents have been going to this office for many years and have never been so pleased with the service. Not only she is helpful but is willing to assist Spanish speaking clients with little English skills to navigate the system, and access the services they need. I know for a fact it’s not only my parents, it’s their friends and neighbours talking about it! Congratulations to the office for the new addition. It was so much needed! Sorry, I don’t know her name. I will for sure ask her next time I’m in. 👏😊
Not opening Saturdays anymore. Lots off issues with the delivery people not delivering parcels so now there is no time to pick up parcels. Need to have delivery boxes added so that we can pick up anytime.
There is one lady in particular who is rude at this office. I don’t know her name, but she has curly hair and its shoulder length. The other staff are OK. I have seen her treat customers badly and it really bothers me.
Dealt with Carla and her colleague who were extremely helpful and assisted me in choosing the cheaper and cost effective option to post. Super friendly. Highly recommend this post office
