I cannot thank Gemma and Kylie enough for their outstanding professionalism, skill and attention to detail. Their excellent communication and enthusiasm made my wedding morning preparation and absolute joy! I particularly appreciated how both listened to each member of the wedding party, and tailored a look that suited us all perfectly. Initially I was unsure about ideas for my own hair styling and make up, but during my trial appointment, both took the time to discuss each option and how they would compliment my dress and jewelry choices. Gemma and Susanna were the sweetest people to have around and I honestly felt like they were part of the bridal party helping out on the day. I recently had a make up lesson with Gem. The experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in her door, I felt completely at ease. She really took the time to understand what I was hoping to achieve, and she more than delivered. Gem was really encouraging and patient. She took detailed notes which she sent to me afterwards. And even after the lesson she's been wonderful with answering the questions I've had and has been helpful with providing recommendations for various products I've asked about. Couldn't recommend Gem highly enough!

Gemma and Carlie did hair and makeup x 6 for my wedding. They bought warmth and calm to the wedding morning. They understood everyone's vision and brought them to life. Gemma was also super accommodating as I had two extras join in a month out. Would recommend Gemma and her team to any bride.

Gemma and Carlie are the definition of magic and were quite literally my fairy godmothers on the day of my wedding! They were UNBELIEVABLE in doing the most amazing hair and make up for myself, my bridesmaids and my mum. Not only are they incredible at their job but they were so much fun and I felt like we had been friends for years despite only just meeting at the makeup and hair trial. I wish google would let me give a million stars because they deserve it and more!!!
