This review should come as no surprise to the owner.. I gave this salon too many chances. I used to regularly go for blowdrys and gradually let them talk me into doing colours here. The guy plays safe and tends to talk you out of what you really want. The products used are good quality but unfortunately, the technique in my opinion is mediocre. After spending close to $1,000 all up here, my colour was royally screwed. I had blotches and it was not blended. I voiced my concerns but they went unheard. On my last visit, I was treated so poorly and waited up to 1 hour for them to fix their mistakes which was still unsatisfactory.. and guess what? I was demanded that I pay up for their error. I vowed never to go into this salon after that experience. The 2 stars are for the products only.

First time visitor and will definitely be going back! Ali is a great hair dresser and person to speak to. He took the time to ask me what I wanted and his service was amazing.nnThe place is also clean and their products are high quality!
