I definitely recommend The Crown Clinic; from the beginning it was a positive experience meeting James and then a few follow ups leading up to my procedure by Ilka who was also lovely, I just recently had 1200 grafts done and the experience was quite pleasing. Emily the technician was a gem and Ramin who is the anaesthetist was quite understanding and comforting to ensure I had no pain throughout the procedure. I've just had my first head rinse 3 days after the procedure and it looks really clean, I experienced no swelling or pain. I look forward to going back for a follow up in 6 months time. The team at The Crown Clinic were an extremely professional and an absolute good time, making sure you felt right at home. Starting off with my consultation and evaluation with James was absolutely informative and honest therefore making me feel comfortable with trusting the clinic.nnOn the day of my surgery I was met with Surgical Technician Jess and James who helped me prep and eased my nerves. From there I met Ramin who was my anaesthetist he made me feel as comfortable as possible and made sure the anaesthetic was well produced and spread out.nnFrom there I had the hilarious pleasure of meeting my Chief Surgical Technician Kat. Kat and Jess were such a lovely team of girls who were extremely professional and were an absolute good laugh. Kat's work and care was just simply awesome you can tell these girls love their jobs and because of that they really do try and make this experience worthwhile. Also if you want an awesome rendition of Tenacious D's Tribute song these girls have you covered, they need to go to the karaoke with that song lol.nnOverall my experience was great, fun and professional. Once I'm all healed up I'll be coming back with some chocolates.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, they made me feel comfortable and well at all times. All staff are easy to talk to and they are always looking to help in simple and small ways which really adds to their excellent transplant services. Jessica and Cat were with me for the day and they are really entertaining too. they sang love shack to me all day.

James and his team are just amazing. They made the procedure so comfortable and they were also very reassuring. I am so happy with the results of my hair transplant. If you're looking for great results and awesome people who would look after you, Crown Clinic is the place to go.

Overall I am quite happy with the experience I had at the Crown Clinic, yesterday I had a 3000 graft transplant done and although it will take a few months for the results to start showing I'm hoping that I will see a significant improvement.nnLooking forward to the 6 month review and will update the review with details of how things went for me personally, although it was a long procedure the technicians Kat and Jessica were very friendly, entertaining and most of all great singers!nnAlso shoutout to the other members of the team including the manager / director James, Ramin and Ilka as they were all happy to answer any of my many questions and address raised concerns.nnOne thing worth noting is that this clinic is flat out right now so if you're interested in a transplant you may need to wait a few months.
