Highly impressed by the level of customer service and user friendly website. Super easy to navigate and order from. Really enjoyed the quality of red and white wines provided by this service. The wine bottles were well packaged and protected to eliminate breakage of the glass bottles. Really impressed with the fast turnaround and how I was able to come home to the package stored safely at my front door.

Ordered 48 bottles of champage 5 days ago. Still no delivery received. Their FAQ states all orders are despatched within 48 hours! The contact number diverts to a private number message bank!nnVery poor service so far. I am now concerned that I will not get my delivery.
