I've started drinking the casks of 'Dulce Rosso', don't like cold drinks in winter.nnThe problem is with the packaging. It's hard to perforate the 'handles' to carry it, the wine tap area has to be accessed with cautious use of a knife/bluntish object but now, carrying it about five metres the bladder fell out as the bottom cardboard gave way!nnC'mon, up your game.

Have a problem ,they take time in customer service

Have tried various sweet wines and still prefer the Casks of Coolabah Sweet Fruity White - great product; Sadly recently I have had casks that the perfortated flaps are barely perforated and are almost impossible to open - very annoying. I have been told some will not buy Coolabah for this reason.
