Great little bottlo. The attendant was very helpful. We asked about a single malt, he was knowledgeable, but where he was unsure we referred to Mr Google. All in all a friendly experience. Well done.

I am from Canada and some friends (originally from Australia) just moved back. They were in quarantine for 2 weeks in Sydney, so my husband ordered them some liquor for delivery to their room. We gave our friends' hotel, room number, Australian and Canadian phone # to BWS... BWS delivery told us they couldn't get a hold of them when they arrived at the hotel (not sure why they didn't call the room... They were in quarantine so weren't going anywhere!!). Now they are done quarantine, and left Sydney to go to Melbourne, and this company won't respond to give us a refund... We have email confirmation saying the liquor wasn't delivered... But now no one will respond... Feeling ripped off...

Called ahead to ensure they had the alcohol in store and the young lady working happily held it aside for me. Clean and stocked environment. Her customer service was great.
