You’d think staff working at a bottle store would be up to date with legal requirements. Absolutely ridiculous, I was refused service when I showed a KeyPass as my ID and was asked “whats that”. On the Nsw liquor and gaming government website it explicitly states that this is a valid form of ID.

Basically everything you need, friendly staff were always happy to help.

If your going to shut 10 minutes early to get a early mark and deny multiple people coming in, put your times to 7.50pm and not 8pm. Cheers to old mate in his 30's with the beard working tonight. You lost multiple last minute sales.
