The BEST shop in Byron and maybe Australia. To Russ and the team, your shop gave me hope in dark COVID times! Your knowledge, passion and sense of humor (during my birthday scavenger hunt) was amazing. I will so miss drinking your wine and popping in for a chat. When I'm back you'll be my first stop. Luna is an absolute delight. A fantastic range of wines from small producers combined with incredible staff who take the time to help you find what you're after, or introduce you to something new. Well priced and a great atmosphere too.

The first time I visited this store I would have given a 5 star review, there were two women in working and were incredibly helpful in navigating the unique selection of wine they have.nnThe second time I went in, the store was empty and the male staff member was unhelpful and had a blunt and disregarding attitude. It left me feeling very unwelcome and not wanting to return. This is a shame as they are providing interesting experiences in terms of the wines they sell.nnCustomer Service is very important in this setting as their products are unusual and hard to navigate, and without the help of someone knowledgable in these products their concept is totally useless

Terrific wine store with a wonderful collection however not as extensive as I had hoped

Luna is incredible! I ordered 6 wines (they chose beauties!) to be delivered to a friend at 6pm, I received the most friendly response within the hour and by 9pm they were delivered to my friend! Out of the ordinary customer service. Thank you Luna legends!
