There's a line the length of the whole store and they don't have staff to fill out the front counter.nThey need to have better management, or hire more people because I'll get it from elsewhere.
I was served by IMAN in the print and copy section this morning. She was so lovely, so helpful and knew exactly what she was doing/talking about. I had to organise copies for work purposes and she made it that much more simple.nnNot sure how to raise this formally so hopefully if a manager reviews these comments please ensure you pass on the good feedback.
Too often I've seen special and clearance tags on the shelf, only to be told they don't have any remaining in stock. One time the staffer was even attaching new labels on portable HDD that they didn't have. WOFTAM.
I would like to thank all the staff and management at hoxton park office works for there excellent and amazing customer service .SHAKIL in the photo section made me canvas in less than 3 hours and he was the only one working he has done a amazing job thank you so much.
Love this Preston's store! I have always have had excellent customer service from Bonnie, Sahard, Shayla! They are so wonderful & helpful & they really aim to please & satisfy customers in my opinion. Working in the printing environment, is a very detailed & demanding task...and just about everyone (most customers) need their printing/documents like yesterday!
