Ordered online for collection from store. Staff rang to confirm order and provided details about how to collect the purchase. Staff greeted me upon entering the store and provided quick assistance. Collection was quick and easy.

Really happy with my buying experience here at Bing Lee Casula. Everything was done over the phone. I called up looking to purchase the Westinghouse Double Oven. Spoke to a lovely guy named Thai who was able to check the stock availability, made the whole price matching inquiry process so quick and smooth (no awkward haggling involved) and threw in the free delivery too. This is what customer service is about: knowing what the customer wants and being able to deliver it quick and efficiently. New oven was delivered the next day without any problems.

Ordered in the morning received a text in the afternoon it was ready for pick up. Contactless pick up was available and was the easiest pick up I’ve ever done.

Worst Customer Server I ever had, I bought NutriBullet 1200w from one of binglee store and want to pick up from Casula(CrossRoad), when I went to pick it up firstly the reception can't find my name and after while when she find it, I asked Them can I have NutriBullet bonus offer cup with Nutribullet she is saying, If binglee have I need to apply online. And after looking there website, straight away the reception said I don't have, even not bother to check in stock and advise me to call back that store where I arrange the item. I didn't get it, if I pay in casula store why should I call another store and go there to pick up cup only, I manage Casula store because it was near to me. And when I check with online team they said Casula store have plenty of nutrabullet cup in stock. So, I can back Sunday, the reception said Manger is not in so I request whoever is in charge can speak with him/her. She said once the in charge is free will call back.. whole day I wait no back even I can 2 times again everytime she is saying she/he is busy. Call back whenever free.. Very arrogant and untrained staff... I will never buy from binglee store..
