Great customer service from start to finish. Shaun obviously knows what he's doing and did a great job on my car. I was after new speakers and an amp but after working his magic he realised there was an issue with the settings. He could've easily just put the new speakers in and I wouldn't have known the difference. So I only ended up paying half the original quote. This is how you get customers to come back and I know I will. The lovely lady on the phone was also so helpful. Great job guys! Keep it up!

I went to Elite Car Audio to purchase an Apple CarPlay unit for my car. Upon getting home - I’d realised one of the items I’d bought was damaged and clearly used. I was under the impression it was brand new & paid full price.nnI needed the piece ASAP and decided to install it anyway due to urgency. After contacting the customer service team for a partial refund. I was told that they charged me the wrong amount on the eftpos machine, meaning I now owe $100.nnThey told me that I “dishonestly” kept the $100 owing and were reluctant to admit their fault with the damaged panel. Instead, they turned their error around on me saying I stole from them. Which is definitely not the case.nnSuper unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend.

Believe this is a small garage shop. Customer service & response does not match with the description on the web site. I sent an email, 5 calls nobody responded. Managed to get through 6th time & someone said they're not offering mobile services. Guys.. you can post pictures on the website which nobody cares, provide timely response if you wan to be competitive & survive in business.
