I got into the salon because they had appointment the day I wanted hair cut. The service was pathetic. When you give 50$ for hair cut what you expect is experience of hair dresser should be seen in your cut. If you are telling them everything what is the point of going there , we could go to places like just cut where I get decent cut in 30$.nThey were rude and had no idea of how to do good hair cut and style.nThe lady at the reception was good because of which I entered salon otherwise I would have never visited them after seeing there bad reviews on google.

The worst hairdressers and unprofessional person I have ever seen in Australia. On a late Thursday night post late night shopping, I was enquiring about the Japanese shishedo permanent treatment casually and that hairdresser said I can do it now. And the price she gave me was 200 dollors cash for my long hair even though I had really long hair. Naively I didn’t check the reviews and had my hair done. After day 4 post hair wash at my home, my hair was back to my normal hair. I went to report this and she attempted to fix it following Thursday. Realising my hair was nowhere straight she continued to argue and said that’s the straightest my hair could get. I demanded my money back as I didn’t get the results I paid for. After involving her so called manager(who wasn’t helpful) she returned my money. I wasted my 7 hours there and my hair looks worse than my natural hair.nnHowever on that night at 11 pm I got a several abusive phone calls from that hairdresser. She was name calling me and she screenshot my 2019 photo claiming I had bleached my hair hence poor results. Despite in my first day I had told her that I colour my own hair and does it impact the process. She told me it’s fine. I blocked her number and Now she has been messaging in my social media and calling me from different number to abuse me. She has been threatening me that she will find me in Hornsby and god knows what.nnI would highly recommend people not to go there and protect yourself from unnecessary headaches. Not worth spending a penny.

I had my haircut by Danny.His vast knowledge in hairdressing is evident in the 15+scissors hanging off his belt. I was so happy with my cut, I came back for a colour & foils 2 months later (my hair was damaged from some home jobs -COVID eek!) What a lucky twist of fate! Thank You DANNY!
