Paid $59 to simply install office on my new MacBook. The computer guy didn’t even ask me what username etc I like to use. He made a mess in my new MacBook and now I cannot even use Microsoft outlook. I would NOT recommend them, he has no idea!!
Rand provided prompt and patient service in restoring my lap top after I was scammed.
The owner is a fishy man that likes to make up his own prices of products that are cheaper than they appear on his store, he tried to sell me a $120 RAM(What holds your applications in until you shut down your pc) for $300. He then insisted that my PSU was broken but wasn't as i have extensive knowledge in networking. He tried to also rip me off a cheap $20 unlicensed network adapter. Would be a 0 if i had the chance.
Awful service, talked on the phone for 10 minutes before wanting to listen to a simple question.
These guys managed to get a full backup out of my dead computer, and also provided a new external hard drive at a very reasonable cost. I'd use them again.
