Attended the store looking to purchase my first camera. No prices listed on any cameras so asked the lady at the counter for assistance regarding the purchase of a camera as I wasn't sure what to buy. She proceeded to ask what camera I wanted to know about and when I was unable to say specifically (as this was my first camera purchase and was hoping for some knowledgeable assistance from the shop) she then rudely directed me to go check the website. Great first impression when I specifically was trying to support a local business. I will take my business elsewhere.
