I was having issues with my 4 month old Vivobook, I took it into the store as this is where I purchased it. I was told they would need to send it away and it would be back in approximately 10 business days, (I was scoffed at on the phone and advised no one would have told me that when I called to check the progress). On drop off I was also advised to leave my charger in case this was the problem. On collection I read the report - unable to fault, recommend customer to provide their charged if issue continues. I took the laptop back as I was still having the same issue and again it was sent back. I received my laptop back in perfect working order, however all personal documents had been wiped and not backed up. I made it clear that it had not been backed up prior to taking in and was advised it would be backed up. All of my Microsoft applications are now in Chinese and I am unable to successfully change the language back to English after multiple attempts.

I came into the bing lee Hornsby store recently to ask some questions about samsung smart phones and the girl serving me who I think was named Alicia was very kind and patient with my lack of knowledge. She answered all my questions. Thank you for the great service!
