Exceptional retail and customer service. I called up asking how to loosen my tripod I bought from a different camera store, as it was jammed. He immediately guided me through fixing it very swiftly and respectfully. I am very happy! Plus a great selection of tripods at Camera House!

customer service very average. the girl was not very friendly and didn't explain the services well - I had to ask several extra questions to understand what she was saying as she was mumbling. she also didn't listen when taking down my details - I corrected her twice and she still didn't get them right. As a result, my film photos were sent to the wrong email address and after calling over the phone twice, I finally received them - I had to send an email to the shop account because she couldn't seem to listen and write down the correct email address. wouldn't go back.

I went there twice to get a correct digital format passport photo. The staff said they know all passport photos when I showed her the details of the requirements. The first digital format was not met the requirements when I uploaded online. It was over 600KB. I downsized it to 70KB to meet the requirement but failed again. So the problem is not the size of file but maybe the size of the face. I went there again and asked the staff to check if the size of the face meet the requirements. I showed her the details of the face size. She kept saying that it’s default setting in the systems. She insisted that she sent me the correct digital format for uploading. She kept saying she don’t know rather than finding a solution patiently and professionally.nThe other staff came to help patiently. He adjusted the size of face and sent me another digital format photo. It was only 100KB. I uploaded it straight away and successfully.nThree stars for finally someone is able to and willing to solve the problems.

Very conveniently local. Helpful friendly staff. They are unfortunately hamstring by their store's policy of not have live working cameras, as in you can only hold the cameras - you can't turn them on and test lenses on them. Totally ridiculous for a bricks and mortar store - that's what their advantage is over online sellers! They are not the only ones that have this policy but happily there are some camera stores (eg Ted's) that let you properly test things. Also, they charge a credit card surcharge - not all Camera House stores do. I've worked around these issues, just a bit of a pain which is why I knocked off one star. But they price match without any dramas, good size store and like I said before, nice staff ud83dudc4dud83cudffb
