Always great customer service and goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction .I have been going to this salon for over 7 years now .The salon is ALWAYS clean .The owner is that dedicated to her customers ,runs this business as well as being a full time mum to a baby just under 1 year old who comes to work with her in the salon (baby items are around ).Which does not bother me for the price of havering the best hairdresser in newcastle .10/10

Worst hair salon I've ever been to in my life! Never clean, extensions are terriblenSplit and malt like crazy with length that gets shorter and shorter without a hair cut! Gaurentee a yr for extensions but after 6 weeks mine were horrible and asked for a refund and got the worst customer service I've ever had ,nBesides saying I don't look after them when I'm a hairdresser my selfnThink twice before going there
