Karma Hair Studio Cardiff

I went in for a hair refresh last week and while the process was okay I was quite uncomfortable as I overheard gossips from staff members in the back about a customer who had just left the store and also about an apparent employee at karma with no quals or experience. The things they were saying about the customer and employee were not professional at all, and made me question the salon. I did not feel comfortable and will be going to another salon next time whom I know are qualified

The first time visit was great. Second time visit was terrible. Ruined my undercut and bad colouring job. Will NEVER return or recommend this place for anyone. Food and beverage are only offered to selected favourite customers; regardless I spent a fair bit of $. One star rating is too generous.

I bought my girlfriend a voucher/ paid for her hair to get done for her birthday, Corey the owner was so helpful, professional, and really polite. My girlfriend was so happy with how it turned out, she looked amazing. Thanks guys for making my special girls day so much more special!
