Super easy, options to drive through or do it yourself. Affordable, lovely staff. Only reason it's not a 5 star is it's very busy!

This is my second time using the auto wash service. The young fella on today doing the spraying pre-wash was far more thorough than the previous fella a couple of week's ago. I find, however, the mid body still doesn't quite get there. Neither do the wheels. On the whole, a much better experience today. Will use again.

Shine Auto Wash is really good value for money. It is always maintained and the chemicals used in the cleaning solutions aren't aggressive for your vehicles paint. Also if one is to visit Shine Auto Wash Caloundra in opening hours, You will find really friendly staff.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, LOOK ELSEWHERE. I thought I'd treat myself to the $20 wash, wax and polish. What I got was rinse, soap, and rinse, then a ten minute wait, looking at the red "stop" light, before realising that it had stopped working. The staff had left for the day so I had no option but to drive off. No-one replied to the 3 messages I left, and that's what really irritates me... just no sense of care or customer service of any kind. Google reviews is all I've got left! ☹️ 😡
