I definitely won’t be back. After noticing the installation of a safety Dave camera that was installed, wasn’t completed properly, I rang expressing my concerns and was told to come back and the problem would be rectified. I drove back today from Port Stephens to get it rectified only to be treated very poorly.nnThe lady at reception at first didn’t welcome me back and seemed to question my concerns, despite the staff member on the phone apologizing profusely when I rang a few days prior.nnAfter waiting for 10 minutes by my car for someone to come out to see what they were going to do, no one came out. On going back to desk, I was advised I simply had to wait as everyone was on a break. Thanks for telling me. NOT !nnEventually a worker approached my car and began work with no communication. He walked past me when he finished and just said “It’s Done”. I was made to feel like a leper.nnPaul O’Brien and his company was highly recommend by a mechanic I have used in Port Stephens, but after this experience I will never return.nnIf the job had been done properly in the first place, this would have never happened.
