Excellent service from Grant & Chris, bought a fridge from these guys and they were extremely helpful from start to finish.

Had a palsonic tv bought for us by in-law for the new house as a gift, the Toronto store closed down before we set it up when we did it didn't work straight out of the box. The screen is broke you can see it's still in set up mode. Betta h/o wouldn't provide the copy of the receipt as original faded, said they would but never did. so palsonic won't honour their 3 year warranty. A thousand dollars wasted. Unbelievable. Such poor after sales service or lack of. jb hifi/Harvey would never do that. Wow still sitting there in the box never even had a channel programmed on it. Betta would be nice if you reached out. I'll try 1 more time tomorrow, will update review after that.
