if I could give this store a negative rating I would. I am a business owner and frontline health care worker and was this afternoon treated terribly by the woman at the front counter. I would never treat any of my clients or patients with such rudeness and disrespect. I will never shop with you again, I will advise my clients and family and friends to do the same. A very sad day for a sunshine coast local who likes to support local business.

Refusing to provide a schedule 3 drug without a script. Even after providing my licence that confirms to government legislation.

Poor customer service, staff didn’t care, I saw this poor lady was in tears over the way she was treated. Luckily their are other chemist warehouses nearby because this one is avoidable.
They are no longer cheapest terry white is. and the one particular man is the rudest person I will never shop there again.
