I have regularly visited this chemist for about 4 years as I work at a medical practice nearby. I found the service excellent, until last week when I was accused of stealing. I wasn’t asked for a bag check which would be standard procedure if you suspect someone of stealing. At the counter (to PAY for my baby wipes) I was bluntly asked if I had taken vitamins, in shock I asked her to repeat what she had said and she rudely asked again. I actually had my small bag open from getting out my wallet to pay. I opened up my bag further so she could see I hadn’t stolen anything. It was extremely humiliating and wrong to treat honest customers like that. I left quickly and definitely wont be returning. Maybe some training in customer service for these situations would beneficial as the entire experience was awful and apologise to your customers if you wrongly accuse them of stealing. It would have been appreciated.

So much faster than Chemist Warehouse on scripts with welcoming and friendly service. Have found a new pharmacy :)
