Picked up my Mum from Hospital nearby and called in on the way home for her script. This took nearly half an hour for them to prepare and there were more staff than customers. Mum just wanted to get home as quick as possible. I told them she was in the car, this seemed to slow things down. Poor customer service I won’t go back. And suggest going elsewhere if you pick up relatives or friends from SCU Hospital.

Friendly helpful staff here at Pomona BUT advertising something on sale when the sale price IS the normal price. Eg. Thompson's organic magnesium 120s was marked as $40.99 retail, marked down to $26.99 is outright deception. Shame on head office or whoever does the marketing. It's interesting that I couldn't get reception in the shop. I went outside and googled the price. It sells online for cheaper than their sale price. I like the staff, but come on people, let's get real and honest. I am so sick of greedy people who deceive people and justify it in the name of 'clever marketing'.

I can not speak highly enough about LiveLife Pharmacy Birtinya. The service that I received, the friendliness of all of the staff and the professionalims and dedication from Evette the pharmisist was amazing! She went above and beyond all expectations to find a very specific medicine for for Son by contacting doctors as well as other pharmacies and she did this off her own back. They genuinely care for their clients and I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Evette!!!

Way, way over priced rip off merchant.... .e.g. Tube of nasal spray at LiveLife an outrageous $12.79....the same product at Terry White Chemist under $7.00.
