Waited 30 mins to be told that my medication had to be ordered because their fridge died and lost all of the insulin Why wasn't I told when I gave the girl my script. The last thing I wanted to do after work today was to wait 30 minutes to be told we dont have your medication. Will never attend chemist warehouse again as this is not the first time this has happened.

Waited for some one to give me my script that I could see on bench, staff walked passed me, pharmacist chatting away out the back so I picked it up and took to front, only to be said I had to take it back down again to show them, I brought a couple of pair of shoes no service and elderly lady was needing help so I myself helped her..she was very grateful, went to pay for my items only to be obstructed by staff sitting on floor counting stock and didn't move so I asked the young lady to tap my card for me, terrible service but I suppose you don't go to chemist warehouse for service

Slow service at prescriptions, isles closed for restocking, lots of new stock boxes in isles. Poor store layout.
