Ice Box Liquor Wickham

This shop is located only 2 minutes from my house. It’s extremely convenient for me but...nI have only ever encountered rude & unfriendly staff. I don’t require a conversation but, a hello would be awesome! I’ve read previous reviews on how friendly the staff are, so maybe I’m to blame? I only ever go there just before close, so maybe the SMILES are all used by then.

Now that's how you turn a one star into four! I was quickly contacted, apologised to and a replacement case was offered :-) No dramas or debates! Many other businesses should learn this excellent customer service. Thanks.nnExpired beer :-( Check expiry dates if you buy from here! Friendly staff but have to give a 1 star for selling beer (Budweiser )at the end of Feb 2020 that expired back in November 2019. At least have it on special or something not full price. I know expired beer won't hurt you unless it's really really old but I definitely noticed a taste difference :-(

No fuss bottlo. Well placed for folks heading north after work. Fine selection of booze at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff. Easy parking.
