Today I returned a package through this pharmacy, as they are listed as a ParcelPoint drop off location. I was served by a rude, grumpy, middle aged woman. She gave me a 3 minute lecture on having to request a return via the ParcelPoint website, otherwise they could not accept it. She then proceeded to scan the package and said that she would accept it and return it. Um... ok!
