Chemist Warehouse

I love chemist warehouse so much they have so many products and different brands I always seem to browse easily and comfortably for over half an hour and the savings are amazing. The staff at Forest Glen store are very friendly and happy and always around to help with all products they know what they are talking about. Very impressed and thats my number one chemist. Convenient location for me and price is the cheapest every time!!

Busy road but staff are pleasant. Relatively good communication.

I wish I could leave no stars. Very rude and childish staff behind prescription counter(the 2 staff in blue shirts not the guys in the white gowns) I stood at the counter like I was invisible I finally spoke up and was ignored. There is a reason why your rating is so low...pull your head out of your butt management and address the situation.

My husband and I went in and asked for sudafed. Had to wait 20 minutes just to have it labelled. Was provided codral not sudafed. My husband went back in straight away after just reading the label and asked for sudafed. He was then accused of opening the packet which he didn't even have time to do. Which means that they not only sold us the wrong product but also an opened packet. The staff were unbelievably rude turning their backs while speaking to us.
