Kingsmen Hair

Hubby took our son to get his hair cut yesterday for school photos today and I am shocked at what he walked out with!?! My husband was too shy to say anything but immediately told me it’s the worst hair cut out son has ever had.nnHair is cut short around only 1 ear... the line on both sides not straight with random long bits and random short bits.nnMortified that he has to go out at all looking like this, let alone having his school photo done today.nnDidn’t catch the guy’s name who cut it, but it was around 2pm on the right hand side of the shop. Horrific!!!!

Worst experience at a barber shop ever. Went there for a hair cut and a beard trim. I left the place with my neck bleeding . He gave me multiple cuts in my neck while shaving. Worst of it all, he didn't even apologize, and said I have sensitive skin. When I said it has never happened before , he says 'there is always a first time '. Like seriously? The worst customer service and painful experience ever at a barber shop. Would never visit again and highly recommend against the place.

My daughters first haircut with Jenny and she was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and kind with my daughter and made her feel comfortable. Not to mention the wonderful hair me and daughter got.

Absolutely fantastic job. I had no idea what I wanted was called. I showed one photo and a short time later I ended up better then I wanted!nnTop job and great customer service too.

My son didn't want to go to this barber based on past online reviews and feedback from others in his peer group. Turns out they were correct.nPersonally, I thought the haircut was excellent and I paid the bill.nMy son, however, was not happy with the overall result. He asked the barber cutting his hair to shorten the sides and back but leave the length on top. He'd been growing his hair out and preferred this style. The barber trimmed approximately half the length ontop, ignoring my sons request, and went about styling to his liking.nTeenagers can be a little headstrong but I doubt I'll be able to get him back.nOther than that, I thought the reception was friendly, service was quick, there was ample staff with no waiting and had a good atmosphere. Price was very fair in comparison to other barber shops.n......but I wasn't the customer or their target market!
