I never ever have written a review but this I just can't leave to myself. if you don't trust people trust me. I came into wanting to get my hair cut to collarbone length and I had a reference photo too, they washed my hair and when they went to cut it they asked again so I explained and they cut it at the bottom of my ears which in reference is about 4 inches or more shorter then I wanted it. I also have wavy hair so it looks horrible. do not go to this place and make the same mistake as I did. I regret this and the lady who cut my hair also was very rude and mumbled the same question to me multiple times even though I already gave an answer.

Appointment for 2pm for cut and straighten - left waiting 25mins with no explanation. Hairdresser came over and said it would take 60mins as new Covid policy they had to wash my hair. I completely understand why however was not told at time of booking over the phone. I needed to be back at work and had to leave. No apology, very poor customer service.

Love the colour and cut.. can be busy so takes longer between colour and cut so keep 2.5 to 3.hrs in mind

Lovely girl did a great job waxing my eyebrows. Very pleasant experience.
