So so happy with my cut and colour, I had different shades of colour that did not blend the helpful staff offered to get Sam to look at it and they could fit me it there and then. Sam created the best colour for me and cut it to perfection. This was my first time in the salon there even though I have started to buy products from the very knowledgeable staff, my hair needed a reboot. I will not go anywhere else as they are just all so wonderful. Thank you for taking good care of me.

Cat at Charlestown was amazing! Super helpful, recommended great products specifically for my curly hair and also down to earth. Definitely will be coming back. Generally I go to Kotara but now will switch to Charlestown. Awesome customer service!
