Do not use this company!! They had my laptop for A YEAR until I finally asked for it back to take it elsewhere. The laptop was in worse condition than when I handed it in (originally had a broken hinge, everything else still functioning), we got it back and the display was also now not functioning, and a loose screw had been left inside to rattle around which damaged the motherboard, and we have been advised from a different company that it's better off going to e-waste and buying a whole new laptop.nSo disappointed, and shocked by our experience. Every contact made was by us to follow up what was taking so long and we're met with excuse after excuse, if it was not possible to complete the job should have just said so from the beginning and not ruined our laptop.nnEdit to respond: the problem was that there was no repair. After having it for a year, there is no way I will be bringing it back because I probably wouldn't see it again until next year. I would suggest getting some kind of organisational system in place to remind you to contact your customers with updates so this doesn't happen in future. And also to accurately assess the job vs. your capability to fulfill, there is no shame in telling a customer honestly whether a part is attainable or not, or whether you can complete the job or not, and handing their goods back or providing an alternative instead of just dragging it out for a year.

had wifi strength issues throughout the house so i rang Dave for some advice....he advised me to purchase a Tenda Nova Mesh system now i have strong wifi all through the house & coverage at the boundary extremities....previously purchased a desktop unit when my laptop died....good prices & prompt service

Had two computers repaired recently , one with replaced screen and one with replaced hard drive and touch pad.nExcellent service and advice and very reasonable cost.nWould not hesitate going back there if need arises.
