Friendly and professional staff.nAfter having some issues with some of my equipment the staff quickly found me a solution and kept me in the loop untill it was fixed.nThey also have a huge range of gear. And highly experienced staff with a wealth of knowledge.

They didn't have what I wanted but the guy serving was still super helpful.

Website is a bit awful for what's in stock, or do they even carry something. But the people are helpful enough

I was at this business yesterday. This large shop has a wide range of products. I sought a new pair of binoculars, and had phoned first. The sales guy remembered my query, and went straight to the set I ended up buying. What a pleasure it was to discuss options with an experienced hand.nnTop products: well informed staff. Personally, with this sort of service, I wouldn't buy on line. Well done Camera House Kotara!
