Price Attack Glendale

Had a hair problem that I’ve been tackling for a long time! I went here in hopes of finding a product to help. The lady that served me was absolutely amazing and so professional and helped me with a product that I now will be returning for after guarantee it will help me and it has! Thank you guys so much.

Very poor customer service. I was in the store for a good 10 minutes before anyone bothered to greet me (and I was the only one in the store!), asked about a question about couple of products, no help, they clearly couldn’t be bothered helping, rude unfriendly responses especially from the girl with the glasses and shoulder length hair. This is not the first time I have found this store so rude and unprofessional, will be going to the Charlestown store in future as they are always super friendly and helpful!

Rude staff who were more interested in chatting between themselves about their weekend than attending to their customers. I was in the store for at least 20 minutes and no one approached me and there was no other customers in the shop!. When i selected my products which i had to work out for myself without any guidence, the girl at the counter was just plain rude. Very sad given so many people don't have jobs at the moment and the team at Glendale clearly take their jobs for granted and don't care about the business or customers. Sorry to the owners of this franchise but you've just lost a customer who spends a significant amount of money on hair products. You may want to review your staff's performance.
