Recently I ordered an item, which became delayed due to delivery issues to Palings audio and at no fault of Palings audio I like to add. I was going to have to wait for quite a long time until I had the item I purchased, however thanks to a brilliant service recovery by Palings staff I was sent an updated model of my original purchase much to my surprise, a very impressive move on Palings behalf and something I will not forget. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Ordered a set of noise cancelling headphones online from Palings and had a great experience. I ordered of an evening and item was dispatched the very next morning and I was given a tracking number to follow it. Item arrived within three days to Sydney - so very fast!
