Disabled, home located customer, I can't lift heavy things, they made a big effort to collect my dead and heavy PC and returned after repair in a short turn around time. Repair and parts is good value for money in Lismore. As at 01/10/2020 It's conked out again due to dust build up (I think, shorted the Power supply) and will be asking their help again

Been an occasional Customer of Mobile IT since early 2000s. Knowledgable Staff and Friendly. Prices of Parts is about the best in the surrounding area. (But If you need a number of Parts at once it is more economical to drive to the Gold Coast).nEven from one of the bad reviews here (if they are true) you can tell they are quite honest and fair.nA $150 quote to Pull apart an External Hard Disk and copy it over to another Drive is VERY REASONABLE and bordering on cheap. If they brought it to myself I would have quoted more than that.... The real lesson here is MAKE REGULAR FULL BACKUPS OF YOUR DATA! :)

I BOUGHT A COMPUTER AND HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH IT. $ 100. BEFORE I EVEN WALK INTO THE SHOP. THEN THEY KEEP IT FOR DAYS. THE COMPUTER KEPT SHUTTING DOWN BECAUSE WHEN THEY BUILT THE COMPUTER THEY DID NOT INSTALL FANS TO KEEP THE MACHINE COOL. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO MOBILE IT AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY BODY. I HAVE MY COMPUTER EXPERT HE IS HONEST HE HAS INSTALLED NEW FANS IN TO MY COMPUTER. NO MORE MOBILE IT FOR ME !!!! YES OF COURSE YOU WOULD SAY WHAT YOU HAVE ! MY REVIEW IS THE ONLY UNHAPPY ONE ON YOUR SITE, AND FAKE REVIEW MY ASS, AND WHY WAS YOUR ANSWER THERE HAS BEEN NO RECENT RECORD OF THIS, THE WORDS YOU USED (( MOST RECENT)) AND YOU KNOW I WOULD NOT BE BOTHERED FOLLOWING THIS UP WITH YOU CAUSE YOU WOULD DENY EVERY THING ANY WAY. BUT AS STATED I HAVE FOUND A VERY HONEST RELIABLE COMPUTER TECH WHO DOES NOT CHARGE ME A DIME TO WALK IN THE DOOR. I JUST WANTED TO HAVE MY SAY AND PUT MY POINT ACROSS THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH MOBIL IT AND I THINK IT IS ABOUT TIME PEOPLE SPOKE UP. DONT BE AFRAID SAY WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. IF YOU HAVE BEEN DONE BY A BUSINESS THEN THAT BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED .
