Was booked in to have my hair done on Friday afternoon as had a wedding to go to on weekend, get a call at 3pm that can’t do my hair as hairdresser has gone home sick, nothing can be done about that these things happen. Ask when I can rebook and told not for over a month. Wanted full head of foils this time and in a month it would have been a keratin straightening treatment. I have no choice but to try and find somewhere else but won’t be in time for wedding

Had 2 inch grey and dark hair grow out. The shoulder length hair was solid blonde on the bottom. Had full head of foils highlights and lowlights to blend then a very good haircut. Exceptionally happy wiyh results. Well dond Lauren.

Best hairdresser I have been to. Not only did Lauren truly listen to my ideas about my hair but she was able to give excellent advice and direction on ideas I hadn't considered. The cut is superb and Lauren is brilliant with how she works out and applies colour. I am now a definite regular customer!

The 2 times Ive gone, my hair hasn't turned out how I wanted even with providing pictures. The price wasn't cheap. The staff were friendly but won't ever go back.nEven when I said I wasnt happy with it, she just said, it will get lighter and next time we will do it again. I said I didnt want foils, I wanted big chunks, she did foils. No sorry or discount. I wanted my hair looking great for a major event instead it looks worse. Disappointed as the staff are so lovely.
