Instrumental As Anything

This was a reasonably good music shop back in the days when it existed. I fondly remember buying a rather decent used dual-cassette deck here, at quite a reasonable price, as well as plenty of guitar strings. Possibly even an acoustic guitar. I would invariably look through the shop wondering as to whether purchasing a bass guitar would spur me on enough to learn to play one.nFor anyone familiar with the 80s expression &/or band “mental as anything” this shop’s name was obviously very punny.nI can’t recall when this place closed down but the excellent wholefood shop that exists there now has been going for over 10 years.
