The store design is magnificent, it wouldn't look out of place in any big city in the world. 1 star simply because the product I needed was discounted so lenc were the cheapest.nnTook far too long to arrive. I get it. Christmas and Covid but still. Too long.nnGeneric email sent to me saying if there is a delay I would be contacted ... No contact.nnI sent an email asking where the item was ... No response.nnBest of luck lenc, hope you improve soon.
