Went in for a trim and to get my hair layered. End result looked like a heart beat line. Random chops everywhere.nHad to get me hair fixed Due to how noticeable the cut was. No blending or attempt to even out. Towards end of session. Three chucks of my hair was grabbed. Then straight cuts taken.

I went in for a trim they all looked unprofessional they were fine in 5 mins too total tip off. The hairdresser asked what products I was using I said Kevin Murphy she didn’t even know the product. Nor did she know what a halo hair extension was. I wasn’t happy especially when they wanted $35 for it no hair shampoo no blow dry just a trim didn’t even touch around my face. Absolutely disgusting service.

I asked for a trim and they legit shaved half my head as they thought i wanted a trendy hairstyle. SO ANGRY!! I don't know how they misheard me but anyway my hair is ruined.

I’m so disappointed & truly mortified. If I could give this business a 0 I would. I went in to have my regrowth done. My hair is a golden blonde. I asked for the colour to be natural & close to my current colour. When toning they asked if I wanted a “Ash or sandy blonde?” And I said “definitely sandy as I don’t like grey ash hair”.nThe toner was obviously left in for way to long & my hair is now platinum blonde/very white & grey at the front. Exactly what I didn’t want. I complained straight away. I was so upset as I have a wedding on Friday. They offered to wash it again. I had been there 3.5 hours with a 1 & 2 year old waiting out the front with hubby so knew I could not go back to the basin. I’m so embarrassed!! Never going back!! Please be careful if you chose to use this business.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! these so called 'hairdressers' don't know a thing about hair, they are unprofessional, rude, and have a bad attitude. Most of them don't even know how to present themselves in a respectable manner let alone care about others hair. Stay Far Away from this horrid place they will guarantee ruin your hair.... Disgusting Business with extremely poor service. This place should be shut down.
