Great store, range, plenty of stock to look at which is great but being in your store for 20mins picking up tripods to see what will suit my needs including working out the Manfrotto detachable head system. The gentleman behind counter was more interested in general conversation with another gentleman all whilst giving me strange looks. The shop was empty and yet I’m still not asked if I need help. Question price as by now it’s clear he don’t need the sale, the response was flat with little to no effort then the phone rings as I was about to commit to the purchase of the tripod and potentially new lens. I’m gutted to write this review but goes to show how quickly people judge by the choice in clothing.nnLove shopping local but don’t judge someone by looks and show no effort to get the sale.

Highly knowledgeable, courteous and attentive.nnI've dealt with them since they were working at the Newcastle store and will continue to source my photographic supplies from them.nnI would thoroughly recommend seeing the people here if starting out in photography, as they have the experience and stock to see you through your development as a photographer.
