We were looked after by Karl. Even though he was unable to assist us with what we were looking for, he was friendly, polite, professional & his communication & persistence was outstanding. The only reason he was unable to assist us was that we presented him with a very tight time frame & everything was already booked out. We will be getting in earlier for our next holiday & will definitely be going to see Karl :)

Naomi would have to be The BEST travel agent we know. Her knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail is beyond all expectations. Not only is she a fantastic organiser, she listens to you and she dovetails your wants into a great experience. We've had 3 wonderful journeys with Naomi at the helm.
