I dont usually give five stars but this company deserves it. They were amazing . If we had any questions they gave us answers straight away. There were no problems. These guys put together some amazing travel packages. I have not travelled overseas too much previously but the Ucango team held my hand through the entire booking process and ensured I had all my visa and other requirements checked off. I will be a regular from now on.

Please DO NOT BUY from this company A young lady called kyrer sold my elder father credits she told him he purchased years ago. She told him he had $2000 to use towards his cruise. This women ripped my dad off $300 (whom is on a pension). I called to book on dads behalf, to find out this is an absolute scam. She completely lied to him. The most he can save is a discount on a 3 night stay. You should be ashamed Calls & emails ignored. Police contacted (only to find out it’s not the first time to happen) Next step is news.

Have been booking holidays with ucango travel and cruise for a number of years now, I find the staff are very friendly and helpful and happy and they no everything about holiday, if you want to book a cruise or a holiday go and have a chat to the girls they are the best and they know what they are talking about
