Bing Lee Marsden Park

Very poor customer service. Agreed on a price for a coffee machine and that there was 1 stocked boxed item left. Then when couldn’t find it I found it on the shelf. Then wouldn’t sell it to me at the agreed price. Tried to say different model etc when the item on display and in the box were exactly the same.

The service was quick and Staff was very helpful. Within 5 mins I had the product.nHowever, Bing Lee prices always seem to be on higher side as compared to peers.

Great managers not so with staff. Not a great selection no one in staff went out of their way. I wouldn't shop there again

I'm a big fan of the Bing Lee store in Marsden Park, we travel from Hornsby and Avalon to avoid the Hornsby Bing Lee. The staff at Marsden Park are knowledgable regarding products, and that is a reason we keep returning to the Marsden store, we enjoy the experience here, our warranties are covered, even when a day or two out, and they take care of everything.
