Totally agree with you Michelle their so called customer service is appalling.nOrdered on boxing day. Got a message stating it would be delivered on the 28th, we waited all day and no delivery. We called in the afternoon to be told it will be delivered the next day.Again no delivery, we called the next day and they told us they accidentally gave our order to someone else. Don't know how that happens on a computer based system unless they gave our order to their FRIEND. They then advised us they are out of stock and waiting on shipment and shipment will arrive on week of 6th January. They said someone would contact us ASAP once shipment arrives to arrange ASAP delivery.NO they did not. Went to the store yesterday only to be told shipment had arrived during the week. Appalling customer service. Never ever order from here.
