David is a genius...very helpful, very patient, very personable. A couple of years back he updated my desktop, transferred all files etc and made sure that it was running much more quickly while maintaining its screen appearance. A couple of days ago he moved everything to a laptop ...helping me decide on a machine that would match my needs and formatting it so that I was instantly comfortable.
