Switch Hair Design

Very disappointing to have the owner cancel my hair cut appointment with her, due to my honest feedback about my last few appointments. I spent a lot of money here in the past and was not rude about my feedback, i felt she should be aware that I was not feeling like I gained a good customer experience those times after attending the salon for years.nI am big on customer service and this is definitely not a customer service environment.

I have never gone anywhere else. The girls are lovely and professional. They offer all hair services. The only reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is that my usual wash n cut and dry off costs me $40 and this time the girl doing my hair did not appear to understand my instructions and requirements as the others do, she took a lot longer to achieve the same look as I always get and charged me $60! It's out of my budget now ud83dude33
