Factory Plus - Penrith

The television I bought did not come with any cable wires. Was not informed of this upon purchase. Did not like the personal questions been asked by staff there (Zora). Phone calls are never answered either and had to go there physically just for an inquiry.

Hi,nThey don't answer the phone if you try calling them.nThey don't supply what they promise. (I bought a tv, was told it's only box damaged. But there wasn't any wire connectors or batteries for the remote. Whereas the catalogue says it should be there.nShame, be careful buying from them.

Terrible service. Very hard to deal with, they don’t answer calls or reply to emails. Purchased a fridge and next day was told it was out of stock. They offered if I wanted to look at others but they didn’t have what I required so I requested a refund. After 10 days of holding my money, not answering several emails and calls I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute. Not even end of business day they had issued the refund on my PayPal. It took me getting PayPal involved for them to actually give my money back. Will definitely NOT BE RECOMMENDING...unless of course you want to waste your time trying to get in contact with someone for warranty purposes etc.

Amazing shop! If you don't know about it, you are missing a big time!
